Our Roof Warranty Program is straightforward and there’s no small print! We conduct a thorough – FREE Roof Inspection of the complex to determine the actual life of the roof.

Based on the inspection, we may offer up to a 5 year roof warranty program and perform any necessary maintenance that ensures the integrity of the roof against leaks for the warranted period. If a leak does occur it will be fixed quickly at No Charge.

We perform ongoing annual inspections and necessary preventative maintenance to maintain the integrity of the roof  against leaks for the duration of the warranty.

Warranty may include limited interior repairs.
